Contest Rules
1. You must be 18 Years old to be a winner.  
2. We will draw a new winner for a Tandem Skydive on the last day of each month 
    starting April through October .
3. You may only enter one time per month.
4. The weight limit for tandem skydiving is 250 lbs, with height and weight proportional.
5. Please fill out the form below accurately.  Incomplete forms will be disqualified.
