And now, a word from our esteemed competition organizer......

I want to thank all of the participants for coming out to the Pizza Inferno Speed Star Scrambles!

The Heat Seeking Moisture Missiles, Captained by Ed the Red Ganley had some tough luck in the first round, but showed the best performance in the the second. Unfortunately it wasn't enough to carry them through... Severe Tire Damage, Captained by yours truly, was a steady performer, leading up to the third round. Unfortunately...

Folks, it does exist. The G Spot is real, and we found it. Captain Angry Dennis Kuhn led his troops to a victory in the final round. Well done fellas!

Which brings us to the championship round of the 2016 season. The date is Sunday, Oct 8th, and the details will be released soon. The one thing we do know for sure is that the entry fee will remain 6 to 12 bottles of good beer deposited into the dz fridge.

The big news is that we'll be choosing a Grand Champion after this last competition. Any competitor who also participated in the Hot Dog and Pizza rounds will be eligible, and the winner will be the most-improved, or hardest working, or best looking of the bunch. The grand prize is still being determined, but it will be grand (but not a piano).
